Every ministry's right foundation, is its proper, dispensational doctrine; a doctrine that is is taught, studied and or learned by carefully considering 2 Timothy 2:15. It is a doctrine that realizes that the bible is for us but not everything is written to and for us. It is a doctrine that realizes the distinction of the body of Christ and Israel, that God intended different plans for the two. It does not stop there, but realizes the oneness of every race or class of man, be it jew or gentile, rich or poor in Christ and new Creature in Christ. Every bible student understands we have a doctrine for the present time that Christ gave and revealed to apostle Paul Ephesians 3:1-7, for the body of Christ.
